GIS & DATA MANAGEMENT
Quality Real-Time Data
Our talented GIS professionals create and maintain a real-time geographic information system for gathering, managing, and analyzing project data. This database creates any necessary lease or right-of-way documents, as well as custom form letters, stores all pertinent owner data, tracks the status of each owner and individual tract, both on the surface and mineral side, produces project status maps, and creates on-demand spreadsheets and shapefiles with owner contact info, status, issues and concerns for clients.
PROCESS DRIVEN ACCOUNTING
Our database, along with our dedicated accounting personnel, can accurately manage all payments for each project, with full cost tracking, including 1099 & IRS reporting documents, at the clients elective.
COMPLETE DELIVERABLES
We prepare deliverables for clients, including mapping with GIS shapefiles and datasets for all aspects of the project, surface and mineral ownership databases, aerial photography, topo maps, and reports.
